Patti Russell is the Office Manager and Closing Coordinator for CommCap Advisors. In this role, she performs a wide range of duties for the firm including loan packaging, loan closing, bookkeeping, office administration, loan servicing, and client relations. Patti has been involved in the administrative functions of mortgage banking in Southern Nevada since 1997 when she joined Keystone Capital Group, after moving to Las Vegas from Philadelphia, PA. In 2001, she became the Office Manager for the Las Vegas office of GMAC Commercial Mortgage and its successor, Capmark Finance.
Prior to moving to Las Vegas in 1996, Patti was involved in executive administration of a number of major national investment brokerage firms including Wachovia, Wheat First Securities, Smith Barney and PIMCO. Patti is a member of the Mesquite Club of Las Vegas. In her spare time, Patti enjoys hiking the national parks in Southern Utah with her husband Keith, reading and shopping.
