 Kyle Nagy is a founder and Director of CommCap Advisors. Kyle started his commercial real estate career in Las Vegas in 1999 as a Real Estate Analyst for GMAC Commercial Mortgage, an international commercial finance company. Kyle has successfully originated, underwritten and closed over $360 million in loans with Life Company, Wall Street Conduit and Agency Lenders. In additional to these national lenders, Kyle has provided alternate sources of capital to some of the region’s largest and most successful development companies. Kyle is well versed in the lending practices of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Wall Street Conduits, Life Companies and the local banks. Kyle was instrumental in the success of Las Vegas Office of GMAC Commercial Mortgage and obtained the title of Vice President before his departure in 2006 to form CommCap Advisors.
Kyle is active in many local industry organizations and was recently re-elected to the Board of Directors for the Southern Nevada Chapter of the NAIOP. NAIOP honored him in 2006 with the Associate Member of the Year award and the 2007 National Developing Leader award. Kyle also serves as vice-chair of the Executive Council for the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at University of Nevada Las Vegas and directs the student mentor program. In 2007, Kyle was recognized as the Mortgage Professional of the Year by the Southern Nevada Real Estate Monthly magazine. Kyle was selected by the In Business Newspaper as one of the 40 leading business professionals in Nevada under the age of 40 for 2008. When Kyle is not working, he spends his time with his family on the soccer field or outdoors hiking and fishing. Kyle received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, graduating Cum Laude.
