Gary Gardner is a Vice President of loan production with CommCap Advisors. Gary’s commercial real estate career began in 1970 with the largest bank in Nebraska. In 1981 he began moving South and West as a lender or manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico and San Diego, California in the area of commercial real estate working primarily with office, retail, industrial and multi-family. Loans typically ranged from $3 Million to $20 Million in size.
In 1990 Gary moved to Las Vegas to accept an opportunity with First Interstate Bank in the commercial real estate division which eventually became Wells Fargo Bank. During his tenure there he was promoted to Manager of Commercial Real Estate. The department portfolio averaged $300 million mainly of construction and mini-perm loans. Gary left Wells Fargo in 2002 to start up a commercial real estate department for a new bank in Las Vegas. He remained with community banks where he was responsible for over $350 Million of loans under management.
Just prior to joining CommCap Advisors Gary was a Vice President / Senior Director with BNY Mellon Wealth Management in the area of sales.
Gary has also been a community supporter as a past board member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Gary is currently on the Foundation Board of Opportunity Village.
Gary enjoys golf and watching football especially his alma mater, Nebraska.
