 Adam Gregory serves as Vice President for CommCap Advisors. Adam is responsible for originating and
underwriting commercial and apartment loans. Adam has seven years of experience in the commercial
mortgage banking industry. Prior to becoming a mortgage banker, Adam worked for a direct lender as
a commercial analyst overseeing the underwriting and closing of portfolio loans. Adam is well versed in
the lending practices of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Wall Street Conduits, Life Insurance Companies
and local and regional banks. Adam has successfully originated, underwritten and closed over $200
million in loans with a wide variety of lenders.
Adam earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member ("CCIM") designation in 2008 and currently
serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter. Adam graduated from the
University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics. Adam is a
licensed Nevada Mortgage Agent and Real Estate Salesperson.
Adam is a proud Las Vegas native and is active in the Los Angeles based Stop Cancer charity. He and his
family are responsible for raising millions in donations and contributions. Adam is involved in several
professional organizations including but not limited to, The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors,
CCIM, NAIOP and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
